Sibiya and Masemola to go head-to-head in the High Court

[WATCH] Suspended Deputy National Police Commissioner for Crime Detection, Shadrack Sibiya, and National Police Commissioner Fannie Masemola will go head-to-head in the High Court in Pretoria this morning. Sibiya argues that the decision by his boss to put him on leave of absence is unlawful but Masemola insists he’s well within his rights to take action. Labour lawyer Patrick Deale weighs in.
